Tewksbury Officials Join Leaders From Circle Health To Cut Ribbon On New Outpatient Center

 Leaders from Circle Health and Lowell General hospital joined local and state officials at the new Circle Health Tewksbury on Wednesday, Feb. 13, for a ceremonial ribbon cutting to celebrate the outpatient center’s official opening next week.

Circle Health Tewksbury opens to patients Tuesday, Feb. 19, and will include:

* The Tewksbury Family Health primary care practice, led by Dr. Lourdes Ada and longtime Tewksbury resident Dr. John Ragucci

* Circle Health Urgent Care

* And a Lowell General Hospital Patient Service Center for imaging and diagnostic tests
